3. Account Registration and Management

- The name provided during registration must match the name on your payment method.

- You may not allow any third party to use your account.
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for all activities carried out from your account. Report any unauthorized access or security breach to our support team immediately. u7bd will never ask for your password or sensitive information by email.
3.3 Updating Information
You must update your account information immediately if any registered details change. Keeping outdated or false information may cause delays or suspension during the account verification process.
4. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
The u7bd platform supports the popular payment methods in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.
4.1 Deposit Terms
The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳500.
The minimum withdrawal amount for each payment method is ৳1,000.
- For deposits, you must use a payment method registered in your own name only.
- Deposits or withdrawals through a third party are strictly prohibited.
- Deposit amounts should be reflected in your account immediately; if there is a delay, please contact our support team.
4.2 Withdrawal Terms
- Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.
- Withdrawals may be delayed or held if KYC verification has not been completed.
- Withdrawals cannot be made directly from bonus balance; funds become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement has been met.
- u7bd reserves the right to hold any withdrawal on suspicion of money laundering or fraud.

4.3 Currency and Conversion
All transactions on the u7bd platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). u7bd will not be held responsible for any losses arising from currency conversion.
5. Bonus and Promotion Terms
Bonuses and promotional offers from u7bd are provided under specific conditions. Please read these conditions carefully before claiming any bonus.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
- 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.
- Wagering requirement: 20 times the bonus amount.
- Each user is eligible to receive this bonus only once.
- A specific time limit for completing the wagering requirement applies — the countdown begins from the moment the bonus is activated.
5.2 General Bonus Policy
- Bonus funds and winnings earned from bonuses are not withdrawable until the wagering requirement has been met.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be combined at the same time unless explicitly stated.
- u7bd reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel bonus offers under special circumstances.
- If there is suspicion of bonus abuse or fraud, the bonus will be cancelled without account verification.

5.3 Cashback Offers

6. Gaming Rules and Fair Play
All games on the u7bd platform are operated in a fair and transparent manner. We are committed to providing players with the best gaming experience.
6.1 Game Integrity
- All games are operated through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures unbiased results.

6.3 Cricket and Football Betting
Specific rules for the relevant event apply when betting on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, FIFA World Cup and other tournaments. If a match is cancelled or abandoned, placed bets will be refunded, unless alternative rules apply.
7. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the u7bd platform. Violating these prohibitions will result in immediate account closure and any balance may be forfeited.
7.1 Fraud and Deception
- Operating an account under a false identity.
- Making deposits using another person's account or credit card.
- Fraudulent withdrawals through chargebacks or payment disputes.
- Abuse of the bonus system or bonus arbitrage.
7.2 Technical Misuse
- Playing games using automated bots, scripts or software.

- Failure to verify age.
- Extended period of inactivity.
10.2 Balance Refund
If an account is closed due to a breach of terms and conditions, the bonus balance will be forfeited. The real deposit balance will be returned after the investigation is completed, provided fraud is not proven.
